Tresor u Berlinu je jedan od klubova koje svakako treba posjetit ... if possible. Ovaj klub je poseban u svakom pogledu. Ujedno, Tresor je i prvi tehcno klub u Berlinu. Prva lokacija kluba je bila u podrumu-riznici Wertheim zgrade, pa otuda i naziv Tresor. Od 1991 do 2005 klub je djelovao tamo. Gradske vlasti tada izbacuju klub jer se zgrada rusi i planira se izgradnja novog poslovnog centra na istoj lokaciji.
Svoj nastavak rada klub pronalazi u novom prostoru: stara gradska elektrana.
Nabrajanje svih DJ-a koji su nastupili u Tresoru je sizifov posao. Tamo su nastupili SVI!!!

... Akufen is the musical pseudonym of Montreal, Canada based artist, Marc Leclair. Leclair makes electronic music that is often described as minimal house, minimal techno, glitch, click hop, or microhouse. Leclair's pseudonym comes from the French word for tinnitus (ringing of the ears), acouphène.
His 2002 release entitled My Way introduced his concept of "microsampling", which was essentially a way of using extremely small and short clips of samples he had randomly recorded off of F.M. radio broadcasts as a key musical element. The Doepfer A-100 series of synth modules also plays a significant role in the production of Leclair's sound.
Leclair has also gone under the pseudonyms Horror Inc., David Scott, Nefuka, and Anna Kaufen.

Copy/paste bulletina kojeg sam dobio na MySpaceu:

Kao sto je vas vecina i cula ili citala, u subotu 15.12.2007. na Glechudesa partyju u clubu Oxygene u Osijeku gdje su gostovali DJ AHMAAD (Sarajevo) i DJane REA (Split) provedena je policijska racija koja je privela i domace i gostujuce DJ-eve zbog koristenja "piratskih" (zaprzenih) CDova.
Naravno CDovi su zapljenjeni, a da bi stvar bila gora, uzeli su i laptope s kojih se nije pustala glazba... I s kojih se nije ni trebala pustat glazba... hmm...
Posto znam da ovdje ima dosta DJ-eva bitno je napomenit da se na tim CD-ovima nalazi dosta glazbe sa beatporta, sripanih ploca i glazbe dobijene od samih producenata ili cak i nase produkcije, ali to nas nitko nije ni pitao... Sve su tretirali kao ilegalnu glazbu..."
Ocito je da "zakon i red" u ovoj drzavi provode needucirani i primitivni pojedinci koji nisu kompetentni za obavljanje svojeg posla, a mi zelimo u Europu...

Sebastien Leger inherited his passion for music from his parents. Although fascinated by turntables since the age fifteen, this didn't make him turn his back on real instruments, and his studies of piano and drums at the Conservatoire de Paris earned him prizes.
Dj-ing under his own name, he is founder of Deaf'n'Dumb on Aix's Blackjack label. His first releases for them have opened the door to other prestigious labels: Dust Traxx in Chicago, Cube and Azuli (UK) who licensed his "Tonight" track from the fourth Blackjack release.
For his first album "Atomic Pop", Sebastien Leger has even collaborated with the much-respected Junior Sanchez. In his intense, funky dj sets, his underground style can pass effortlessly from Dj Sneak to the minimalist sound of Marco Carola.
Continuing his career with Blackjack for his second album "Kingsize", Sebastien Leger is also artist for his own labels Bits, Cyclick & Subkroniq and like to collaborate on quality projects or remixes with other labels. Spare time? That'll come later…

Nakon jedne lose vijesti iz Slavonije, evo jos jedne lose vijesti, ovaj put iz Istre.
Zbog dvije stabljike i 14,37 grama marihuane Županijski sud u Puli je na dvije godine zatvora nepravomoćno osudio Igora Ferenca, 25-godišnjeg pjevača poznate vodnjanske grupe Popey.
'Ne mogu shvatiti da pijani vozači koji skrive nesreću s kobnim posljedicama dobiju tek nešto veće kazne, a ja sam, zbog uzgoja konoplje za vlastitu upotrebu, dobio pune dvije godine', kazao je Ferenac za istarski magazin Regional.
Nesporazum mladog glazbenika s pravnom državom započeo je 20. travnja ove godine, u 15 sati, na pulskom korzu, kada ga je policija zaustavila zbog 'opravdane sumnje'.
Tom je prilikom Ferenac kod sebe imao 14,37 grama marihuane i 0,69 grama amfetamina. Za to je dobio mjesec dana, a preostala 24 mjeseca zbog uzgoja zabranjenih biljki u stanu.
Tako kaže Ferenac, neshvatljivo je da ga se zbog toga kažnjava tako rigorozno, kada je poznato da osobe zatečene s puno većom količinom marihuane dobivaju tek novčane kazne.
No njega je 'zakačio' novi, puno rigorozniji zakon, a da mu je presuda dosuđena prije nekoliko mjeseci, zacijelo bi kazna bila znatno manja.
'Meni će to uništiti život i karijeru, no ipak se nadam da će mi ublažiti kaznu', kaže Ferenac i dodaje da će se žaliti Vrhovnom sudu. Osim zatvorske kazne, izrečena mu je i sigurnosna mjera liječenja od ovisnosti.

Jos jedan primjer u kojem licemjernom i kretenskom drustvu zivimo. Silovatelji se pustaju na slobodu, svecenici pedofili dobivaju minimalne kazne (slucaj otockog svecenika koji je proglasen krivim za sexualno zlostavljanje 5 malishana - 3 godine, izaci ce nakon 2 zbog doborog vladanja... pffff), lopovi koji pljackaju drzavu dobivaju 4 godine ... ne zatvora, nego Sabora i nakon toga saborsku mirovinu... a nas vrli premijer govori kako se priblizavamo Europi.
Pitam ja vas... kojoj Europi??? Valjda onoj iz Srednjeg vijeka, kad su popularne bile lomace.
P.S. I kakva je to "opravdana sumnja" zbog koje je Ferenac zaustavljen? Vjerojatno zbog frizure koja se nije svidjela kromanjoncu u plavoj uniformi... u njegovoj rodnoj prchiji toga nema, pa je zato to sumnjivo.
Nakon racije u dva osječka ugostiteljska objekta, policija je, u suradnji s inspektorima Državnog inspektorata i Porezne uprave, tri DJ-a u Oxygenu 'počastila' kaznenim prijavama zbog 268 piratskih CD-a
Naime, u subotu je u tom klubu održan party pod nazivom Glechudesa, na kojem su nastupili ti DJ-i. Policija i državni inspektori nisu imali milosti prema općeprihvaćenoj glazbi među mladima, već su piratske CD-e oduzeli.
Mladoj Splićanki Rei i osječkom dvojcu The Gelipters, poznatim imenima DJ scene, slijede kaznene prijave zbog sumnje u nedozvoljenu uporabu autorskog djela, ili izvedbe umjetnika izvođača, prenosi Novi list.
Tijekom racije u Oxygenu uhićeni su 26-godišnjak, 19-godišnjakinja i njezin vršnjak, kao i jedan 18-godišnjak. Prvo troje uhićeno je jer su vrijeđali i omalovažavali policajce, dok je zadnji pokušao spriječiti policajce da uhite 19-godišnjaka.

Thomas Wedel started his DJ career in 1988 playing at small clubs and partys around his hometown Darmstadt, Germany. Still in school, Tom and his friend Thorsten Adler started experimenting in electronic dance music and landed instant clubhits with their several projects like Microbots or Psycho Drums. The breakthrough came in 1992 with Arpeggiators when they got signed by Harthouse, the young label of techno guru Sven Väth. In 1995 Tom & Thorsten founded their project AWeX and had big success with the tracks "It’s Our Future" and "Back On Plastic", which both entered the german sales charts and several international DJ charts! Since then Tom, in corporation with various friends, produced one record after the other, worked at a number of labels as A&R and consequently followed his path becoming one of the most popular festival and club DJ.
Over the past 16 years Tom produced tracks with Terry Lee Brown Jr., Timewriter,The, Mijk van Dijk , Marusha, Dr. Motte, Talla 2XLC, Boris Alexander, Jan Jacarta, Mario de Bellis, Bill Brown and Ian Oliver. Together with Andy Düx he was a resident DJ at Dorian Gray, Frankfurt Airport and responsible for the friday session @ world famous Technoclub from 1993 to 1995 and from 1998 till the closing of the club in 2000. In 1995 he changed his well known artist name "DJ Tom" into "Tom Wax" to avoid confusions due to the fact that along with the big techno hype in Germany a lot of other DJ's called themselves DJ Tom.
Since 2003 Tom hosts his own radioshow at the german radiostation YOU FM named Sounds.

Joey Beltram is widely acknowledged as a leading innovator in the early development of underground dance music.
Joey began DJing as a hobby back in 1983 at the age of 13 playing mostly early electro and hip-hop. He made the switch to house music in 1985 when the first wave of Chicago house hit NYC that same year.
In 1989 he started releasing some of his early productions on several small New York record labels. A year later he caught the eye of R & S Records in Belgium and by mid 1990 released his first major record with that company titled "Energy Flash". Beltram soon followed with some equally impressive releases.
All through the 90's he has created some of the most timeless music on some of the most cutting edge labels of the decade.
In 1999 he formed STX Records, which he currently records for under both JB³ and Joey Beltram.

Tell us what we can expect from your Australia tour? Will you be bringing your visual display?
SANDER KLEINENBERG:
Firstly, I’m excited to be in Australia in the first place. It’s been quite some time and I feel I’m not there enough… the last time was before my baby girl was born 2 years ago. I will definitely be working with the DVJ1000 new Pioneer video players. I’ve been using them for 2 and a half years and this is the first time I’ll be bringing them to Australia. In terms of content, I make my own videos so if I find a track I like, I work with a video producer called Mark who also tours with me. We create an identity of what we want to get across, such as highlighting the lyrics in a track and make sure the video is in cue with the music. With a lot of stuff you can really visualise what music does. For example, the other day we found Daft Punk’s ‘Around The World’ clip, downloaded it and remixed the footage to suit the version of the track I wanted to play. It’s super easy, and in the DJ booth I do nothing different. It doesn’t define the order in which I play tracks either so it’s very flexible.

Josh Wink (born Joshua Winkelman in 1970) is an electronic music DJ, label owner, producer, remixer, and artist. He is a native of Philadelphia, United States. A pioneering DJ in the American rave scene during the early 1990s, Wink was the most prominent exponent of the tribal forms of techno and house in the U.S. In 1995, he released several hits, including "Don't Laugh," "I'm Ready" (which hit number one on the U.S. Hot Dance Club Play chart) and "Higher State of Consciousness," which topped the dance charts in Europe. He has had many recent club hits such as "How's Your Evening So Far?" (with Lil Louis) and "Superfreak (Freak)" and has also gained a lot of attention for his remixes of FC Kahuna, Paul Oakenfold, Moby, Towa Tei, Ladytron and Depeche Mode, among others.

Ivan Smagghe is a French DJ and producer. He was originally known as Ivan Rough Trade, after his job in the Rough Trade record store in Paris. His musical style has been described as electrohouse and "minimal electro". Smagghe's Death Disco compilation was a key release in the electroclash genre. He formed Black Strobe in 1997 with Arnaud Rebotini, but left in 2006. He is also a member of the Volga Select project, with Marc Collin.

DJ Hell (real name Helmut Josef Geier, born in Munich on September 6, 1962) is a German House/Techno DJ. He is the label boss of International DeeJay Gigolo Records and has been responsible for many of the big records to come out of the Electroclash or German Squelch scene that emerged in Berlin in the mid-nineties. He is seen as the musical initiator of the 80s Revival movement later known as Electroclash popularizing the music from his hometown Munich from the mid to late 90s.
In 2006, DJ Hell was involved in an German Intel promotional campaign involving five renowned demogroups (Andromeda Software Development, Conspiracy, Fairlight, Farbrausch and mfx), who were set out to create promotional videos using short soundclips by DJ Hell.

DJ Misjah, born Mischa van der Heiden (September 1, 1971) is a Dutch Disc jockey. He broke onto the DJ scene in 1991 with the track "Dyewitness" and has since enjoyed international success. He is known for his varied style, using records as tools in order to create new music. He is also noted for using three turntables. Initially signed to Midtown records he began his own label X-Trax in December 1994. In December 1999 he broke with X-Trax due to a dispute with the distributor. In 2001 he began a new label, ReRun.
